Looks great, easy to follow assembly directions, responsive seller
The assembly directions were some of the best we have ever seen. There are a lot of parts so it took 3 hours to assemble but without the frustration is often encountered with these type of kits. The item was delivered in 2 boxes. One box was damaged and the seller expedited resending it. The seller was responsive and easy to work with. The finished product looks great and is sturdy. Very happy with this purchase!

Company standa behind their product
I received this tool box and had damage to one if the doors. I contacted seller with pictures and received a new door less than a week. This box came un assembled and I was surprised that assembly was very easy. Box is very strong and quality was a little more then I expected. Thanks for making this purchase experience professional.

Looks like a good product but arrived damaged
Arrived damaged. It’s too heavy for me to try to rebox and return. Most of the damage won’t show but I hope it still goes together ok. The front door will show the damage and that’s disappointing

Keeping looking, not worth it!
ZERO STARS! When the toolbox arrived, it was already malfunctioning. The drawers wouldn’t lock or unlock properly, which meant they only opened halfway. I contacted customer support and spent four frustrating months following their instructions, only to end up past the return window with a nonfunctional toolbox and a handful of parts to attempt repairs on my own. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. If you’re searching for a reliable, well-built toolbox, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
