I purchase this item for sleep. After using this my sleep disturbed this means1_ melatonin poor quality or less then 5mg melatonin in item( according to seller 5 mg melatonin+125 mg tagar+1.6mg vitamins b6).

Didn’t make much difference in my sleep quality, even after regular use.

Did not notice any difference in relaxation or stress levels after regular use.
