I've been a smoker for over 35 years and could no longer walk up a hill without wheezing and being breathless. I really wanted to give up but didn't want to use a vape or an inhaler as it felt liken swapping one addiction for another. It's day 13 and I'm smashing it and feel so much better already. I actually forgot to put a patch on this morning and didn't notice until lunchtime. There are still small cravings but they are manageable. You do have to want to give up but these patches are by far the best I have tried. I got mild itching on my arm on the first couple of days but that soon passed. They stick very well and stay on all day. I only lost one because I forgot about it and had a shower so my advice would be to shower before you put one on! I definitely recommend these patches. They work better than anything else I have tried and for the first time in my life I feel like I might succeed.

They don’t stick as well as they did some years ago. When they do, they do the trick.

The adhesive needs to be slightly stronger to stay on skin as if you sweat they peel at the edges.
