Strong Bed Frame Support
These items are perfect for adding support to your bed frame. I bought a new king-size bed and frame. The frame has three posts underneath, and let's just say they're not very good. The middle post ended up breaking off because the screw that held it was stripped (someone else built it). Needless to say, I bought these to help with the inadequate supports that came with the bed frame. They are large, solid, and work very well. They are also very easy to use and set up under the bed. One thing I don't like is that they can move or slide on hardwood floors, so over time, they shift to the side and don't support my middle wood plank. However, this could be more about my poorly made bed frame; I'm not sure. Overall, I believe they're worth the money and perform well. I highly recommend them.

Does a phenomenal job at what it’s supposed to do
Recommended use is before you finish assembling a piece of furniture, like a bed and you put the full weight of a mattress on the bed frame. That is when it is the easiest to install. I know it sounds like a no brainer but there are instances where you may need to replace a broken support leg (as was the case for me two times). It was a little harder when the mattress was already on the bed frame but it definitely still worked but adjusting the height with it already bearing weight made it a little more effort intensive but that was expected. They are incredibly sturdy and will support way more than any weight of a realistic piece of furniture that is not made of 100% lead (which shouldn’t exist). They are also quite light and do not take up too much space. This model also has a rubbery grip on the top flat part which is very nice and, along with the weight of what is resting on it the overall keeps this support leg in place and attached to whatever it is supporting. *there are many other versions that don’t have the rubbery pad. I think the fact that I have purchased three sets of these for myself and one for my parents (plus they got two sets after they used the ones I got for them) speaks to the quality and usefulness of this product.

Hoping this works
Both my partner and I are over 70 and are not weight lifters. My bed frame is wood headboard and footboard with metal side rails and slats and was high end expensive 40 years ago. My mattress is a VERY HEAVY temperpedic with a fabric covered base. About a week ago, when getting into bed, the top of the mattress klunked down about an inch. Turns out, the top slat was no longer attached. After much effort at 10:00 at night, we lifted the mattress off and the base up and placed the slat back. This lasted about 5 minutes, long enough to put the mattress back, and it fell out again. I honestly think the slat end broke. So started my search through Amazon. I came across these which appeared sturdy - at least good surface area for the floor and under the slats and I didn't think I'd have to take the bed apart or hire an inhouse mover. For the one slat that broke, I placed it under the base where there were 2 boards that met. If this doesn't work, it'll be a new bed frame for me. I bought a set of 4 and another pair. They were relatively easy to install. I measured wrong the first time and had to return them as they were a smidgen too tall. Each order came the day after ordering, amazingly quick. I did have to pay to return the first order as I am not near Whole Foods, Staples or Kohls so measure carefully. I thought I needed 9 inches so bought larger. They were about 3/8" too tall.

Could use these to support just about anything
I needed these to use a middle support for a bedframe. Work great, even help stabilize the bedframe so less movement of the frame itself. Height range is great, they are very lightweight. Bottom is wide and provides stability even on carpet. Top has a layer of rubber to prevent slippage.

These work well.
Our bed had started squeaking and needed some support along the bed rails. While these offer great support and helped eliminate the squeaking, and we feel safer the size/shape is a bit awkward. We have stubbed our toes on it a handful of times.

Stability!
My husband and I bought cheap furniture from a popular furniture warehouse store. The first night we laid in our new bed, the bed dropped and we quickly realized the support legs it came with were garbage. I happened to look on Amazon and came across these and gave them a shot. They are absolutely amazing. They are plastic and I had adjusted them to the longest they could go so I was a little weary… they have stayed up for about a year now. One of the best purchases I’ve made.
