Very comfortable and correct fit. Easy to wear and adjustable. Best quality with the decent price range compared to others. Seems very durable and strong.

Great for tendonopathy or shoulder pain. Freezes well. So much so, I just put it in the fridge and it stayed cool for a while. I have not used it warm. Great coverage. Soft, flexible and comfortable. Velcro straps hold up well keeping it in place. I have not experienced any leakage.

It fits good in should and the arm, its compression is good, easy to Quick-On & Quick-Off, it gives relief and confort to the pain but the ice pack warn too fast, the cool gel durability was too short

Had total reverse shoulder replacement surgery 2 months ago. Now waiting for my second replacement surgery in Feb. I use mine daily. It is made of some sort of gel material and the cold lasts 20+ minutes which is all you should ice it for anyway. It is pliable when frozen, so easy to slip your arm/shoulder into. I bought a second one so I can rotate while the other is in freezer.

This is a good flexible ice pack, that is easy to put on and keep on your shoulder, but it doesn't stay cold very long. Maybe only 5 minutes or so. It also pulls on like a sleeve, so keep that in mind. If you can't tolerate pulling on a tight fitting sleeve, this is not the ice pace for you.

Personally, I love it. I have decent sized shoulders and this fits perfectly. It maintains temperature for approximately twenty minutes +/- which is the normally recommended time length of use. The only complaint I have is the Velcro tends to grab the nylon anywhere which deteriorates the material so it requires you to secure it before you put it in the freezer if you want it to maintain its integrity. It adjusts with the strap to your liking. I found it can also be used along the forearm and from the foot to half the shin while nearly covering the ankle completely. Flexible materials that are dense yet flexible and comfortable. I would recommend this ice pack.

I purchased this to help with a deltoid injury. It is awesome! I slept with it on and went to work with it on. It started helping after the first night. I'm fully recovered in less than a week. I only put it in the fridge to chill it a couple of times. For me, it was too cold for too long. I find that against bare skin it always has a slightly cool feeling to it. HIGHLY recommend you get this for any shoulder or upper arm inflammation.

My husband bought this for my shoulder pain. Works great. I can move around while it works instead of staying in one place holding the ice bag to the area. Comfortable and fits well.
