This product deserves 3000 more 5 star reviews. I've suffered from intense mental fatigue, where I was unable to accomplish anything, or think properly most days, for years, and my doctors kept trying to blame it on depression or lack of vitamins, but neither antidepressants nor massive doses of vitamins (or even caffeine) ever helped. Finally, I found this. These take effect within hours of taking it, and last all day. I usually only take one in the mornings, and it allows me to focus, think, and get my work done in the way I should be. When it's been a particularly long day, I take one in the afternoon too, but most days it's not necessary for me. Regardless of whether I take only one, or two, they don't hamper my ability to fall asleep at night, or to stay asleep, although I have noticed it's easier to wake up to my alarm than it used to be. All in all, these give me the ability to think and focus, without impacting my sleep like caffeine does. That said, please do be careful not to overdose, or take it with antidepressants, because Seritonin Syndrome is no joke. Read up on it so you know the symptoms just in case, but the dosage of this is well below what would trigger it.

This product has really helped with my anxiety.

Outstanding. Been using for years. 200mg in am. Now, added backa again 200mg in PM. I did take Cell Food Sam-e drops for.a couple years, then, bought the incorrect Cell Food...so took the tablets, again. I had them for a while in the foil bubblepacks and they were still in perfect shape. The Cell food is Sam-e in liquid suspension. Tastes bitter but I got used to it. I say that to point out that if the shell on the tablets is melty, it doesn't ruin the product. It will.just have som bitter taste. I really like Treasure Trove quality, and the price is affordable. You won't go wrong with their producta.

I do not take lots of medicine or supplements. But I have gotten to a point where I had to try something. My mood swings were getting out of hand. I was angry all the time, sad, mopey, not sleeping well. I have been taking these for a month and I truly feel different. I feel so much better. I'm actually smiling and happy a lot more now. I'm sleeping better, still not as much as I would like but it's better and that's a start. I do still get sad and angry at times but those feelings go away quickly. I really hope it continue to help me the way it has so far.

I'm a little over a week into trying SAMe. It was recommended by my functional MD to help with anxiety, depression, and related fatigue. For me the SAMe had an immediate and strong effect - the first day I felt like I'd taken a muscle relaxant. The drugged feeling has lessened over the week but I still feel it. It has reduced my depression-related soreness and I don't seem to ruminate or get lost in depressive thoughts as much. However, if the drowsy/drugged effect continues it may not be the right choice for me. I like that it has taken the edge off but I don't want to feel dulled to life. It could be this is too high of a dose for me. I even tried taking it before bed but I still have the drugged feeling in the morning. I haven't seen others talk about this so I don't know if I'm just super sensitive. I recommend working with a doctor before starting SAMe or any other supplements.

Two a day was too much. One works great on an empty stomach. Everything they say Sam-e can do it does for me. I'm happy. Don't stop abruptly. Tapper off.

Arrived timely, works the way I want it to

I have difficulty swallowing large pills and capsules. Even some medium capsules can be difficult. I had used Sam-e 20 years ago and I remembered the other brand's pill was a bit difficult. I decided to try this brand. I'm happy to say that I don't have any difficulties swallowing these pills. A lot of seniors (and others) have difficulty swallowing pills and more supplement manufacturers need to make their pills and capsules smaller. I'm glad this company made theirs easier to swallow. BTW One probiotic company makes the same product in a regular sized capsule and a mini-sized capsule - same probiotic ingredients and same strengths. I use the mini-capsule. Why the company bothers to make the larger size capsule is odd.
