Love it! Diffuser doesn't seem removable (and I don't need a diffuser), a bit larger larger than I expected, but still compact enough to take traveling. I have seldom been satisfied with the power of hotel or resort hair dryers, and this is perfect. Will keep this at home if I am able to find one with the same power, and a bit more compact. UPDATE: Diffuser DOES remove. Just took me a while to see how. It's easy.

I am pleasantly surprised at how much power this dryer has. It's a tad bit bigger than I wanted but I didn't want one that is going to die on me after a week. I will update review after testing out more on my next travels. I also love that it folds up!

I bought this dryer in October 2018 for my wife to use on our trips to overseas countries with 220 volts. The first two times she turned the dryer on, it worked well; but on third time, only cold air came out and soon the dryer itself stopped working completely. Coming back from that trip (early January 2019) I contacted the seller "Shiny Dream" directly (through their link at Amazon.com). The seller sent me a few e-mails (probably from China) promised to solve the problem “fastly,” but no concrete solution whatsoever. They not even replied to my most recent enquiries. So, who honors the "1-year warranty" printed on the box? Based on my experience, I have to admite that this hair dryer is of a very poor quality and the "Shiny Dream" Customer Service (if it even existes) could not be worse!

This product is excellent for drying hair quickly and easy to fold and travel with. A bit larger than most travel hair dryers but I believe that is a positive as that is likely what allows for it to be more powerful.My only negative is the concentrator comes off very easily. If you're using a brush to style while you dry your hair, if the brush and concentrator make contact, the concentrator will most definitely come off. If you put the hair dryer down while it is on, the concentrator will also come off. So while I saved time drying, I did spend time re-attaching the concentrator several times.

This product does not work as described. I purchased this product specifically to travel with to Europe. It does NOT work in France. The first problem I had was that the coils turned so red and hot that I thought it was going to catch on fire. The 2nd time I used it, it blew the fuse in the apartment where I was staying. I would like to return this but apparently there is a 30 day return date. I do not recommend you to purchase this if you are traveling overseas.

So impressed. This is my 3rd hair dryer in less than 10 years. I have high hopes for it. I have SUPER thick hair. It takes stylists an hour to cut and dry it. Everyone always comments on how thick it is. This dryer dries it very fast! I also travel a ton and I feel great with this dryer in my carry-on.

Bought for a recent trip to Norway, convenient, easy to pack and worked great with their power only using the plug adapter. The switch for changing the voltage is very stiff which is good so it does not get changed by accident. We should have changed it prior to leaving home as we needed a screw driver to switch it to the correct power. We made due with what we could find in our air bnb and was able to get it set correctly. After that no complaints and it worked like a charm.

Bought this hairdryer for an overseas trip, where two of us used it for two weeks. It worked perfectly - but I will note a couple of downsides:First, the little plastic airflow director at the end of the blower needs to be constructed better. The thing constantly falls off - even when laying the dryer on the countertop. Second, the screw that lets you adjust from 110 to 220/40 is almost impossible to turn. I just about stripped the thing trying to turn it with a coin.It is of good size and folds nicely for traveling. All in all, I'd buy it again.

El pico para concentrar el aire en cuanto se calienta con el mismo uso se cae y no permite el secado correcto aparte de que como es de plastico no va a tardar en romperse. Me gustaria devolverlo ya que no me sirve el producto.
