Benefits and usability
I'm 80 and my wife's 77. Not too many problems except I have mild, exercise-induced asthma and my wife's knees give her a few problems. We're well aware of the well-documented Ayurvedic health benefits of "haldi", the active ingredient of which is curcumin. What's outstanding about this product is that the manufactures, Genova Labs, have used modern science and technology to come up with curcumin in soft, tasty, pastille form. The idea is to tuck it under your tongue and leave it alone in the "buccal cavity" to suck slowly. Why is that good? because the buccal cavity is very rich in blood vessels and the active ingredient, curcumin, goes directly into the blood stream without getting lost through the digestive system which is what happens when you chew and eat in any other form. This concentrated delivery system enables the curcumin content to be boosted about 45 times. This punch delivers the benefits of Haldi like anti-inflammation (good for asthma and injuries), pain-relief and general well being. I believe I am benefitting and my wife is upping her dose after experiencing relief from some slight pain in her knees. The general well-being dose is 1 pastille/day. Other uses range from 4-6/day but not to exceed 6. There are 3 kinds: Orange, Tulsi-boosted and Paan (!) flavoured. My wife uses the orange and I like the tulsi boost which is really like a natural Vitamin C. The Paan is forgettable (for us at any rate). This is the sort of thing we should be doing more in our country: Using science and technology to give our ancient lore a scientific foundation instead of being mired in mumbo-jumbo and superstition. Go for it!

Absolutely genuine and effective
Immediately felt soothing relief..Very helpful in dry cough and sore throat...I preferred the orange and tulsi flavours... Don't only consider the price...Although expensive it is effective...
