Writing this review after 7 months of good usage. We are a family of 4 (2 adults +2 kids). We used this machine for regular washing and no heavy loads. The machine started showing error suddenly. The experience with the customer support is the worst. I have raised multiple complaints with their customer support. And after more than 10 days of calls, messages and raising multiple requests, nobody has come to resolve the issue . This is frustrating. Never buy Godrej products. The quality of plastic used is also very cheap. The top lid see through plastic has come off from sides. Very poor finish and fitting of the product. Worse product and even worst customer service.

With in 7days of installation had to call tech support who changed the circuit board,now again ita not working and have to call the tech support. Not a good product and performance from Godrej.

Just received my new Godrej automatic washing machine today, delivered on time by Amazon. The packaging was neat and secure, ensuring no damage during transit. The delivery person was polite and handled the product carefully while bringing it in. In the video, I’ve shared a quick first look right after unboxing — the machine looks sleek, sturdy, and well-built. It has a modern design that fits well in my space. Since this is just after delivery, I’ll update about performance and washing quality once I’ve used it for a few cycles. So far, really happy with the delivery experience and first impressions. Excited to test it out in the coming days!
