Since Indus Organics no longer sells its wonderful Rainbow Peppercorn mix, I combined a container each of their white, green, pink, and black peppercorns to create my own. It is delicious, just like the high-quality combo that was previously available.

Best Peppercorns Ever.....clean, unprocessed, uncolored, great bouquet when ground fine or coarse. Indus is my go to brand for all spices in bulk. They have never disappointed me with any product, well worth the price when an ingredients favor profile is the key to great food preparation and recipes.

First and foremost I a so happy that these are organically grown. Equally as important is that these peppercorns are delightfully fragrant and give just the right amount of "zip" to food. For example: I do not use salt on my salads. Instead I use olive oil, sprinkle on some ground Indus white peppercorns, and squeeze on lemon juice. The blend tastes great! I have used other Indus products before and was well pleased. I will purchase Indus Organic White Peppercorns Malabar, 1 LB...again as it livens up meat, eggs, fish, and different vegetables.

Good flavor. Tried some of these white Malibar corns in addition to the regular Tellicherry I normally use. Now, I'm finding that I like to use both at the same time. It adds an additional depth to the overall flavor. I have not tried any other white Malibar corns so I really cant say they are any better or worse than any other but I will say that I like them and will more than likely purchase these again when I run out.
