Thrilled with this purchase
Bought as a Christmas gift for my daughter and son in law and they love it! Coffee is kept hot all morning and refilled in the afternoon. So useful as daughter works from home and son in law is a coffee fiend!! Excellent buy. Recommended

Highly Recommended
Great buy. Water stays piping hot for at least 12 hours, and decreasingly hot, but better than warm, for 24 hours. Carer fills everyday at lunchtime and can enjoy a coffee the following morning. Perfect.ReQuality:Excellent

Handy for power cuts and travelling
Very useful. Purchased for our campervan. Handy when travelling around. Saves putting kettle on gas all the time especially in the middle of nowhere. Keeps water hot for ages.

Bad quality
Don’t know why people keep giving good reviews for this. I bought it because of the good reviews. But I regret. I started to use it on Dec 2024. Just use for storage hot water only. At the beginning it worked great, it kept hot water so long even 12 hrs past, the water still kept warm. However it won’t keep water warm anymore on Jan 2025. And even you can feel its surface warm after pouring hot water into it. That reflects the bad isolation. Today I tried to look into it. I found a small spot with rust. I believe that it is a small hole as photo shown. I won’t recommend it.

Keeps coffee hot for ages!
It is a large jug and as such, not the prettiest of items, but that is far outweighed by its efficiency! It really keeps coffee hot for a very long time, really valuable throughout the day. It is easy to clean. We have not tried using it to keep things cold yet but as the neck is wide, I'm sure it will be just as effective. A great buy.

Cost effective and keeps water hot!
Not that expensive and easy to use, effective at keeper water hot. Includes a brush for cleaning inside too. Slight concern about how the lid opens and whether the mechanism will continue working after say 1 year or longer. So far so good.
