Bought several and will keep purchasing. With proper and consistent eating and excersize this product works!!! Expensive but worth it. No taste and very easy to swallow. No issues with packing; never damaged.

I love these! Occasionally, I go off script with my diet and take these. The pill size doesn't bother me because I've taken other brands and with these, I know the carbs are blocked because of how I go to the bathroom. It's not right after for me, maybe like a few hours later. So, I have time to go out, enjoy myself and get back home. I have a super sensitive stomach, but it doesn't bother me much at all 🤗 I order several different items from this brand for years!

These carb blockers work well for me. When I eat too many carbs or a mostly carb meal like pizza, I take 1 or 2 of these, depending on how much I plan on eating. My weight is then not affected by the carbs. If I do not take them, my weight goes up, sometimes by a pound or two. I highly recommend this carb blocker.

Not really sure they work but I have lost weight along with changing my diet, so what the hell, I'll keep using they.

Solid product. Counterattacks the sluggish side effects of over consuming carbs. This is a solid tool to use in moderation with other healthy habits but don’t make the mistake of over relying on it.

This is not a magic pill, but as far as carb blockers go, this is the best. I eat keto and while this won’t necessarily keep me from getting kicked out of ketosis if I eat carbs, it helps keep my blood sugar from spiking and therefore it makes it easier to get back into ketosis later that day or the following day. The quality of Irwin naturals is always top notch.

I’m leaving this review in hopes that Irwin Naturals will change their formula to eliminate titanium dioxide (which, in addition to being a potential genotoxin, disrupts GLP-1 response—detrimental for weight loss!). I used this product for more than a year and enjoyed the effects, but can no longer purchase after learning more about the risks of weight gain, poorer blood sugar response, and genotoxicity. It’s easy to continue to manufacture this without using titanium dioxide—it would make the product safer, more effective, and more widely consumed!

For anyone on a Low Carb Diet this works and blocks the absorption of Carbs. It must however be used sparingly as your body can get used to it and the effect is reduced. Ideal for those emergency occasions when eating Carbs is inevitable
