Solved a closer problem , by using 5 of these to replace a broken latch.

i ordered this head read replacement as there seemed to be few other options at my disposal, and after just a few clients it broke, which was highly embarrassing, especially since the client was present...the whole thing just kept falling loose and there was absolutely NO WAY to tighten it...not sure if a screw fell off the tightening knob or what, but this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE...what a piece of crap! i had to improvise by tying a bungee cord to the bottom and stretching it down across to the other side of the bottom of the table, but this was merely a pathetic and at best, VERY TEMPORARY solution...i used the replacement maybe a total of three times before it broke on me and its truly amazing that they haven’t made any kind of advancements in the way head cradles are made...this was a scam and is obviously made to fail so we can just keep throwing away our money on these crappy products, as they seemingly have realized that they are one of the few games in town and are taking full shady advantage! DO NOT BUY IF YOU WANT TO AVOID LOOKING LIKE A CHEAP, CORNER CUTTING, INEPT MASSEUR IN FRONT OF YOUR CLIENTS!!!! AWFUL!

I broke my original plastic headrest on the massage table but saved the cushion. This one has stronger metal rods, the cushion fits fine and it seems much stronger than the original.

This is a pretty nice face cradle, fits the standard size width for a standard massage table. The piece that holds the actual cushion is wood with two Velcro strips as the pictures shows. There is the adjustment handle on the underside. I had bought 4 as I run an acupuncture clinic and we just needed a few new ones to replace the old ones that were probabilities 14 years old.The adjustment handles were mostly good, there was one that didn’t work well. The one that was in question was a bit loose and wouldn’t hold the adjustment firmly. I had to get out an Allen wrench key to tighten the bold holding the handle and then it was fine. I would have liked another Velcro strip on the top of the face cradle, as most of my face cushions have a third Velcro closure to secure it to the cradle, but it’s ok, two works nearly as well.I wish it had more range of adjustment for the angle, but seems to work just fine. I have had only one patient complaine about it not moving enough to a comfortable angle. Otherwise these are great and pretty inexpensive. Hope they will last like my old ones, for another 14 or so years.

We bought a massage table for our house and my husband broke the head rest piece the very first day. So I was delighted to find it available here and it is exactly what was needed. the adjustment clip is very tricky to use, go slow and work with it, don't force it. I will also add that is you are replacing the neck rest, and you have one already, the u shaped face cushion is probably velcro'd onto the headrest you have -- take it off and it will fit right onto this one. The does NOT include the face cushion.

Not a good fit.

If the product slips for you, the fix is easy but not obvious. Just use an allen wrench to tighten it. Mine came with it set pretty loose, one turn of the screw and it no longer slips.
