Very high quality without brand name cost, feels great
Photos attached next to a $30 Civivi Mini Praxis and a $46 Sencut Sachse. This knife seems to be a smaller brand yet they done their research. The shape of the handle, the micarta used (in the green version at least) feels great, the blade shape is VERY optimal, the position of the flipper, the smooth action. Can confirm that in feel, action, and use that this knife is up there in quality with Civivi/Sencut (Great knives that feel like $100+ knives) and the Guardian Eagle feels along the lines of quality as my Mini Praxis and Sencut Sachse. The good action of the Mini Praxis but the better Micarta of the Sachse, yet as thin as the Mini Praxis. Right in the middle on size. Blade choil is large enough to get a lifetime of sharpenings out of it, D2 steel so even with the average grind it takes a good edge and holds it longer than most budget steels. They can come with PVD coating to help further prevent corrosion but honestly you need to deliberately abuse D2 to get it to rust, such as leaving it wet overnight. And that tarnishes even "stainless" steels anyway. From the factory it's hair shaving sharp. That's really good for a factory grind, many knives that cost more come in more dull and you need to nerd out with a diamondplate to get them where you want. Out of the box this is ready to go. My recommendation, start here for a knife. Just start here, maybe even buy spares to keep on hand in case the brand goes viral or blows up then bam prices go up. I am half joking here, getting another soon for sure. The low cost means you won't be afraid to actually use it! Replacement is easy if lost or damaged, yeah we all in the rush of the moment press our knives into service as prybars, scrapers, choppers, meat processing, boat duty, and all sorts of things if the moment calls for it. I know personally if a wrapping machine goes down I am not afraid to cut plastic off the steel roll with this knife like I would be with my $40-50 knives. The low replacement cost just gives me confidence to actually use the blade and not be afraid of forgetting about it in camp, nor chips or dings. The superb high quality makes me want to carry it as much as the more premium blades yet not panic if it's at risk of being used hard. We have a winner here.

Incredible value & fantastic knife
I got this fantastic knife for $14! Knives like this, and there are very few, of this quality at this price makes me ask myself a question? Are we being ripped off by other companies that charge 2,3,4, times more for the same quality? This knife has a thinner profile than a lot of other knives in this size/price category, you can get a good grip. It is a 3.5 finger knife for my XL hands, which isn't bad at all considering the G10 scales are grippy. The spear point shape to the blade is nice looking and at about 3 inches is good. The D2 tool is sharp right out of the box, run it on your strop 5 or 10 times and it will be like a razor. The black scales and blue pivot collar are attractive. This knife has a solid lock up and smooth action, fall shut! The thumb hole is in the right place, and you can use it easily as is the back flipper. Great jimping on the flipper tab and the back of the blade for your thumb. All of this for $14? Are we getting ripped off by other companies? This is a fantastic EDC and if sold by other popular budget brands here on Amazon you would pay at least twice this much, if not more. Oh, and I forgot, it also has a lanyard slot if that's your thing! All that for $14!

You won't regret buying this knife
This knife is a looker. People see it and ask to hold it. The blade is razor sharp right out of the box. The handle is comfortable to hold. The opening on the blade allows smooth flicking and reverse flicking. I believe this knife was discontinued as I have tried to go back and order a few more. An excellent knife at a very reasonable price.

Great deal for $20 - get the micarta and bkack
I was skeptical that a $20 knife could be good. So far I've been very impressed. I have plenty of high dollar folders and know a good one when I see it. Snappy detent, drop-shutty action (double detent keeps it from closing on your fingers). Perfectly even edge grinds on a shaving sharp blade. Amazing fit and finish. Velvety smooth yet grippy green micarta scales. The liners are milled out and the lockup is perfect. I can twist on it in all directions and sense to movement whatsoever. I may be buying more of these as well as the cheaper black G10 version as gifts for this Christmas. You can't go wrong. They're nice out of the box and get much better over time. I'm impressed and genuinely amazed at the package you're getting for the price of a glorified gas station knife. I'm only docking it one star for a few reasons - it wasn't smooth out of the box, it needed break-in time, the detent was a bit stiff at first, but also broke in (better than a weak detent I suppose), and because I have no idea if this thing is going to destroy itself under regular use - as far as I know, this knife is a one off - I can't find any other Guardian Eagle knives. It's smooth (after break-in). It seems very sturdy and well-made. It cuts well. Buy it. Make a Youtube video. Let people know. Great knife!
