Really Tasty Surprise for Fish
Picked these up on a whim having never used cedar planks before. Put some rainbow trout on em and onto the grill they went. Mmmm. Grilling can get complicated with all sorts of works for some of the crazy recipes and stuff people get into these days. This you just gotta soak, stick it on the grill w/ the food on top and that's it. Little work and awesome taste.
