Counting precision required
I am placing for this item for last 3 months, regularly. 1st packet had 18 piece exactly. 2nd packet had 17 pieces. 3rd packet had 19 pieces. I request the company to re-check the count before finalising each and every packet. If they are using manual packing, I hope they will shift to automatic machine counting. If they are using machine counting, then they need to update the machine. Standing in 2020, in the age of artificial intelligence and automation, less or more number of pieces are not my expectation. I thank Amazon for offering me a new pack for less count, but I felt bad to accept the new pack without returning the old (as it is non-returnable).
