I was afraid this belt will be tacky, but it is well designed. It's made of fabric, and looks good. The heat levels are not as high as plugged-in belts, but it does the job.The problem is the battery. It runs for only an hour, and then takes 2-3 hours to recharge. Depending on what you want to do with the belt, this may be a deal breaker.Plus, the battery design can be better. It charges slowly from a micro usb port. It's housed in a pouch from which it can fall if you're using the belt on your shoulder. And what connects it to the belt is a flimsy wire. If that breaks one day i think the belt will become uselessIt doesn't look like i can buy a spare battery. That would have solved at least some of the issues.

Using for back pain. It is a good item. However it seems to be priced a little bit high. Should have been under ₹ 1,500/-After nearly a month of using it, I find that the battery pack supplied is really very bad. While supplier says it takes 3 hours to fully charge, I found that it takes nearly seven hours to fully charge from the very beginning. Now, after a few days, it is taking even more, more than ten hours! At this rate, this battery may die in another month!And Sandpuppy charges ₹ 999/- for a battery replacement !Conclusion: It works out to be too expensive !

This is so easy to use and portable. Love the idea of how easy to use this belt is and how lovely it performs. The heat is good enough to give relief and not too much that it will burn your skin. And you can put it anywhere, neck, back, arm, leg of stomach.

First i would like to tell this product is really complicated... when i orderd it was not working properly. Then i exchanged this product again it directly come from company , again it only wirk for 2 days then again it was not working, in the same time i got this product from Amazon . Iys round of 4 months , it is working properly now.

The product is very useful. Material is good. What is missing is the extenders. The manual in the box says that it fits for waist sizes 30 to 40. there are extenders in the box that can be used. But I did not find any extenders.Cons -its not worth the cost.The charger heats up from outside while charging.

give only negligible heat and heat doesnt spread to whole belt. It remains concentrated on very small area. total waste of money, however, sandpuppy's strapper is much better.
