Helped me fall asleep faster
I take it an hour before I want to go to sleep. When I start to feel it, about an hour, I don't fight it, (it's kind of my nature to do so). I notice it wears off about 3-4 am but my sleep comes sooner and is deeper. I ran out of this and got a different brand, same ingredient, locally, and it tasted awful and somehow wasn't as potent. I'm going back to this one. It helps me keep my sleep schedule, I was staying up later and later and then getting up later due to that. Also, oddly, capsules do not work for me.

Helped with keeping us sleeping longer
It really helps with sleeping. We have our minds still racing from work and everyday life, but taking this sleep aide helped with sleeping throughout the night.

Works great. Taste is okay
I would give it 5 start, but the taste is a bit on the "cough medicine" side. I've had some that taste much better, so I know it's possible. I will say it's better tasting than the name brand. It definitely knocks me out, but I am a little groggy the next day, so I use it only when I absolutely can not sleep.

Scary dreams
Vivid dreams. Usually very scary nightmares. Waking up screaming is not very fun. This stuff may be "safe" according to formal requirements. My own experience is that I will not use it again. You could do your own research. I do not purport to be a guide to anybody. But folks do listen when I speak.

Too much sugar.
Order all the time, and take a nightly dose. I HATE that is is pure sugar. Better to take a dramamine....same ingredient, but slower to digest than liquid.....would rather have a cookie if I'm going to have this much sugar. Still wake up 4 hours after taking. I'm sure , not healthy.

It'll knock you out cheaper than the stuff from the drugstore.
