Blocks out the sun and very good at helping controlling heat transfer.
This is a full sized insulated sun screen. Putting it in place takes a little practice. Unfolding it out with a passenger on board could be difficult unless they are a willing participant. There’s a YouTube on how to fold it back up. itIs very good and with a little practice you’ll become a pro. Would I get it again, you bet I would because the benefits far out weigh the learning curve I’ve endured. Basically because it works. My 2022 Ford 150’s windshield is large and the two flimsy shades that went up and folded up easily were useless, hence this replacement was made. No regrets 👍

works great, keeps heat out
This works great, it fits good. It's a little stiff at first making it harder to fold up, but after a while it folds fine.

MADE to cover the Tacoma windshield perfectly!
This windshield shade is badass. Made to fit the Tacoma perfectly. It is higher quality than I expected and higher than I've ever had in a flexible shade. It does not let ANY light through. BLACKNESS. It even has a section to velcro around the rearview mirror. The only slight draw back is that it's fairly rigid so if someone is sitting in the front passenger seat when I put it up or remove it, it has some serious bounce back if you loose control of it and will wack em in the face. Haha. And the rigidness also makes it a little more tedious to fold up. I usually stuff it inbetween the passenger seat and console in between uses. Best shade I've ever used.

Fits well, clumsy and difficult to unfold and fold
I almost returned this. I FAR prefer a good quality, sturdy ACCORDION type sunshade. But they now cost 2-3x the price of this one. This is NOT a snap to deploy or to fold...its BIG and clumsy. I even watched videos (no instructions came with it). But hey, it does fit pretty good on my Gen2 Sequoia and Tundra.

I will never figure out how to get this back into its carry bag, but it's a great sunshade
Ultra lightweight, and easily folds in half to a size that fits perfectly on top of the rear "trunk" cover for the RAV4. It comes in a carry case roughly 1/8th the fully unfolded size which it can spring out of relatively aggressively. We love the shade--it's easy to put in the front windshield and easily accommodates the rearview mirror and the rain sensor does not get in the way. We were, however, unable to ever get it back into its carry case, but it fits so well behind the back seat that we don't worry about it. No light leakage in front with it in, and the white color reflects rather than absorbs the very bright southern Sun we deal with nearly every day. If you are someone who just has to get it back into the carry case, be sure to keep a tight grip and take lots of photos as you take it out of the bag initially AND when you first unfurl it.

To tight and got twisted
21’ F150 XLT. It was a bit tooooo tight and caused scratching on my interior A Pillars. (The columns that hold up the windshield. There’s no way to really get it in place without scratching them. It also got twisted a few times. The interior wire structure got mixed up and was a pain to get back into the proper position.
