Pretty cool, good pull-back system.
Packaging : The set comes in a well decorated box containing two numbered bags, several non-numbered bags, a sticker sheet, and instructions.Instructions : The instructions are well printed and reasonably easy to follow.Parts quality : The parts are of a high quality in terms of fit and finish. The pull-back motors are quite strong, and there are two of them.Set Design : The set is mostly pretty straightforward, with a reasonable amount of detail on the bodywork and some interesting choices as far as the pull back 'lock' mechanism. The headlights having a proper 'fold up / fold down' function is a nice and unexpected touch.Overall thoughts : I like it.

Very well built - missing pieces
This car is cool. The instructions are "pretty" good with the biggest challenge revolves around depth perception of the pictures. That said, with a bit of effort we got the assembly done.BUT - it is not very stable as we were missing 3 pieces that affect the structural integrity of the car. We were very careful and in one case we KNOW for certain we didn't somehow lose the piece as we had literally just opened bag 2 and it was one of the first pieces needed from that bag.So if Mould King tightens up the QC on the piece inventory they have a winner here.

Excellent Instructions and Bricks, Great Subject
I love Initial D so when I saw this car brick model I immediately knew I had to have it. The model has great detailed too, matching the Initial D car so well.The instructions are very well done, with clear steps and the bags to use for different pages is clearly marked making it simple to keep your bricks straight. As great as the instructions are I still wish there was a parts index.The bricks are well made snapping together easily and coming easily but not too easily. The color though out the bricks is solid with no swirls.And finally this has a friction motor so you can pull it back and have it speed off, like those pull cars I played with as a child.I love this model, it's going on my Shelves of Things in a place of honor.

For all AE86 fans
These classic Toyota AE86 are so cool, I would never buy a real A86 but being able to build a Lego style set is good enough for me. This is a must have for Classic Japanese car fans!
