So far so good
I have been taking this supplement for 3 weeks now. Within the first week I noticed a dramatic impact on my sleep. I used to wake up several times a night and was always tired in the afternoon. Not anymore! I find I am able to accomplish my to so list and sometimes more. Ill keep taking it for this alone! Now approaching week 4, I am keeping a hopeful eye on other effects. Nothing dramatic to report....yet. As I said I am remaining hopeful. My mood has also seen an upswing. I stopped taking my Sarafem prescribed for PMDD when I began this supplement, as it says it increases overall mood and it seems to be working for me. I gave an overall 3 stars since the product does take time to work. Ill change that rating should I see any of the other positives, decrease fat, increase muscle, younger looking skin....ect.
