We have a Python mini, I know it says it will fit. I'm wondering if it will improve the suction, because the siphon doesn't pull dirt from the gravel?

It's only to start a suction and draw water out of tank

I have the "no spill clean and fill" kit. will the squeeze device work with a 50' hose? i want to drain my dirty water outside.

Yes, it will work as long as you are draining all downhill and have patience. You'll need to have the bulb several inches below the lowest water level you want to achieve and you'll need the effluent end to be still lower without much if any rise in between. Of course you'll need to attach 50+ feet of hose/tubing to the effluent end. That hose should ideally be 7/8" but you can use 1/2" ID tubing and a heat gun to attach it to the effluent side. I use this at work (research aquaculture) to empty sumps and run the water out of the back door.

Will it fit the phytonutrients or clean mini siphon ?

Not sure...It fits the outside diameter of the Python hose which I believe is 5/8"

What am i do wrong? had to start siphon with mouth. pump squeezing does nothing. pump and bucket were several feet below aquarium as directed.

With Siphon Squeeze attached to your hose make sure the it is lower than the tank water level then quickly squeeze a couple times to start the siphon. It might help if the end of the unit is facing up at first to allow the ball inside to close when squeezing. This should create a vacuum which will pull water down the hose.
