Milk chocolate mini cups or shot glasses (min. 56% cocoa solids) are 27mm (approx 1") diameter at the top, have a capacity of 10ml. They are often referred to as Snobinettes. To use with a chocolate mousse filling, you will need 2 x 800g bags of Callebaut Mousse Powder to fill a whole case of 270 chocolate mini cups. Perfect also for chocolate shot glasses at parties - so long as you realise these are 10ml shots and a "standard" shot is 25 to 30ml. Irish Cream Liqueur seems to work especially well.
