The media could not be loaded. This faucet arrived earlier than expected. It was easy to install. The water pressure is great. It's durable and the price is good. Commercial Sink Faucets, Restaurant Friend I was shocked at the price of this faucet - it's just as good as more expensive ones. It was very simple to assemble, although we had to tighten one of the pieces that we preassembled. It works great in our deli kitchen and was more than three times cheaper than a similar commercial faucet in the store. We installed it on an antique porcelain sink that required the faucet to be installed on the backsplash. With the video and instructions, installation was a breeze. Everything you need is included, but one tip: wait until the faucet is fully installed on the base before tightening everything. I'm very happy with this choice.

Good fit

Have friends that own a restaurant so I’m not a contractor, just help out. They needed a new wall mounted faucet as the one we put in just 9 months ago bought locally did not hold up. Did research on line and came across this faucet. Got it 2days early, on the day received got an email from the company saying if I needed support or anything just call or make contact to “Cynthia” . Opening box showing owner, we both were impressed with what seemed like a well made unit. Installation was relatively easy, from shutting off water supply to turning it on was about an hour and a half, mind you that I took sink off wall took it outside by truck tailgate in parking lot made change and back in to hookup. It’s only been 10, 12 days since install but so far owner, cooks, etc all are very much pleased. I personally would recommend.

Product worked well at first. Valve stems started leaking after about a year. I could not find parts or any contact source. The valve stem design is not standard and not serviceable through known plumbing outlets.Follw up review: It took some effort to contact the seller, but they did respond and sent me some replacement valves at no charge. However, it took a couple months and I gave up and replaced the whole thing. The hot water was leaking profusely. We give them kudos for the effort to service us.

My previous faucet must have been installed by an apprentice of Mickey Mouse. I wasn't even up to Mickey Mouse quality. (See Before photo). We lived with for several years in this old house (100 years old) until changing the rubber washers twice a month in the old faucet, then tolerating an immediate drip became to much.The outside wall had to be opened in order to cut away and replace the old plumbing, and a skilled plumber was needed to replace it.This new faucet made it all worthwhile! Not only does it not drip, the water can be turned to full force with only a half turn of the faucet.And the water flow is astounding! We can fill a huge pot in 1/4 the time it took with the old one faucet. With the old faucet, we had to put it at an angle to rinse the inside.Of course, 99% of people buying this will be able to simply unscrew the old one and easily replace it with this awesome new one. If, however, you have to go to extremes to install it, as we did, know that you will be delighted with the result!!

Kudos to the instruction writer for this faucet. The key is NOT to over tighten the connections. These modern faucets use large flexible-type rubber washers that seal very well as long as you don't use a monkey wrench to tighten the connections and in the process compress and distort the washers so that they don't do their job. Follow the instructions and hand tighten everything and then give a half turn with a pliers. Be sure to put friction tape or duck tape on the jaws so you don't scratch the beautiful chrome finish.
