Helps me prevent headaches when use daily!
As someone who gets headaches frequently and migraines every so often, this has really helped me prevent migraines and help headaches. I try to lay on it daily for about 10 min and I've definitely seen positive results!

Good suspended support of head
Have used devices for stillpoint work for years. This is my favorite. Easy to use and doesn’t slip because of your hair. I have a spare incaseI loose one . Great for laying down during acupuncture treatments.

Works great. Use it four times a week!
Was hit from behind, it was a pretty bad whiplash car accident. Started using this to get the “Still Point” effect. But also I rock my head to one side, then back to center, tuck my chin, then rocked to the other side 10 times. Now the base of my head where the neck starts is a lot freer. Big improvement glad I found it!

Helps in relaxation and other benefits
I use this to help me relax and I believe there are other benefits to its use (personally). Since starting the use of this product I believe it has helped me to be less tense. Just a personal observation. It’s small, a firm rubbery material, it puts equal pressure on key points just above the neck at the base of the head. It is easy to use - just lay flat on a firm surface and position it right above the neck as instructed. It seems to work for me. It is very light weight so easy to move to other locations. The bright red color makes sure you won’t misplace it…
