Good results with UV top coat
The quantity looks small but you need very little for each hand. Paint with a top coat, cure under the UV light for 30s and then add the chrome powder gently without smudging. Add another layer of top coat and cure till dry. You can now repeat with one more layer of chrome powder for a really shiny finish. Mixing the chrome powder colors also gives cool results.
