Are those shoes comfortable to wear?

Yes they are comfortable, just make sure you choose your normal size. Nice shoe.

Does the insole have any cushioning especially around the ball of the foot section? Also would you say these are true to size or a bit big or small?

What is the difference between a regular men's size 10, 10 G, and 10 H..? I can't seem to find the answer anywhere..

H is broader fitting than G 10 the standard ---to my understanding
