LMNT Sparkling Electrolyte Drink - Variety Pack | 12-Count

I have been drinking LMNT for a little over a year. I have a subscription through their website for the powders. I love the powders, so I thought I would try the sparkling drinks. They are expensive, but very, very good!!! They seem too salty if I drink them without having worked up a sweat, however, after a good workout, run, or day doing farm chores, these taste freakin amazing!!! It’s like my body craves the sodium in them after I have been sweating. I hate sodas and I hate sparkling waters, but these taste so darn good!!!!! I will absolutely buy more and would love to try other flavors.

10/10 recommend. This is great drink to help keep me hydrated throughout the day. It has the perfect taste and is a great price for how many that you get. Ingredients are healthy and perfect for someone that avoids artificial flavorings and sugars. Easily mixable with other drinks, and delicious to drink alone. It has the perfect carbonation which makes it easy to drink even after or during a workout. It is not and energy drink which I love even more, but it is effective in hydrating me and replenishing my electrolytes. I also have used the packets which dissolve easily, but the best part about these is that you don't have to mix anything and it's ready to go when you pick it up.

I have POTs so these are super helpful for symptom management. I enjoy these so much more than the packets of LMNT. The first time I tried them I thought they tasted like a really salty white claw lol but after a while they stop tasting as salty. Good variety. Kind of expensive, but on par with similar products. Just adds up quick if you’re drinking them often. Definitely notice a difference in how I feel if I do drink them regularly though. 10/10 recommend.

These LMNT sparkling electrolyte drinks are such a great find! They’re salty, a little sweet, and perfectly fizzy — a unique flavor combo that totally works once you get used to it. Great option after a workout or on a hot day as well. I love keeping them on hand for social events or parties when I don’t feel like drinking alcohol. I definitely recommend these for anyone looking for a healthier, more hydrating alternative to cocktails or sodas. 4 stars only because LMNT's motto is "Stay Salty" and these were a little too sweet for my husband. We were expecting more of a flavored salty drink without sweetness, but the rest of the family liked them!

Best electrolyte drink out there. Mostly use the packs but I’ve started taking these to the gym with me. Like watermelon and citric flavor best. I feel a big difference in my workouts if I take a good gulp before I start and sip on these during the workout. Especially during heavy workouts and aerobics.

I have been a loyal LMNT consumer for about 4 years now. When they came out with the sparkling water cans, I didn't really care all too much because I don't love carbonation anymore since removing pop/soda from my life. So happy I tried it because they are so good, especially the Black Cherry Lime. For any Midwesterners, it reminds me of Faygo Rock and Rye. I have POTS, and ever since I started drinking lmnt every single day, my symptoms have been greatly reduced. Highly suggest these for anyone needing extra hydration. Also, breastfeeding moms, this is great for your energy and milk supply. It is extremely salty, their tagline is "Salty AF", but you get used to it! I never needed to add water to these but as I said, I drink lmnt every day. This is also a good alternative if your kids want pop/soda, but you don't want them consuming all of that sugar. For young kids I would add some water to not be as salty. My 3 year old doesn't like these cans due to the carbonation, but he loves lmnt packets.

I discovered LMNT back in 2020 and at the time had no clue what the science behind it was. But it was way outside my financial means at the time. Fast forward to 2022 and I started "splurging" on a box a couple of times a year because I noticed how much better I feel when I drink it versus other electrolyte mixes. (And I've always craved salt and was the kid who got in trouble for drinking the juice from cans of olives or jars of pickles... obviously my body has been trying to tell me something for years). Now I have a subscribe and save to my favorite flavors AND added in these! I'll admit, I don't quite love these as much as I prefer mixing my own powder to water ratio because I often go low water, drink a couple of ounces then make it very thin. 😎🍹 That said, when I'm not drinking LMNT or black coffee I'm sipping sparkling water like La Croix or Waterloo or Sprindrift so I was thrilled to find a sparkling version (they even can it here in Montana yay!). Now, this isn't an energy drink, there's no caffeine but if you don't regularly consume magnesium you might find this a good substitute for your morning coffee... in that it can get the digestive system going. I personally love it for afternoons at my restaurant job as it can get really hot in the kitchen and that midday slump is when everyone else starts chugging Monster and Red Bull. I'm just way too health conscientious to guzzle that stuff and wind up jittery, irritable, and more thirsty. I also notice less swelling in my hands and feet the following day after those 10-12 hour shifts when I have one of these about mid-shift.

I love these. I’ve been buying them since they came out. They taste amazing although if you don’t like salt I wouldn’t buy them. They have a subtle salty taste (but that’s because it’s an electrolyte drink). I love the flavor and the salt is just fine for me. I usually have reactions to things so I am limited in what I can drink or eat. I’ve had no problems with these drinks. My only issue with it is the size. They’re large drinks and I don’t always finish one when I open it so I feel like it’s a waste sometimes. I wish they had different size options. That’s just a small thing to be nit picky about.

The best post-workout drink. Replenish lost electrolytes. I literally have this shipped to me (now) across the other side of the world because its that good. Wish LMNT would expand into Southeast Asia; where I believe, this product would flourish. The high humidity & heat make it almost a necessity on a daily basis.
