I really like this bag! It is the perfect size for my needs. The only thing that would improve it is to have a zippered pouch inside. I miss not having a space for the little purse items that fall to the bottom of the bag and are hard to get to.

Too Small, Worth & No Way To Attach Shoulder Straps, Zipper Broke After Carrying It One Time
Way Smaller Than Represented. You Cannot Put A Laptop In It..Zipper Pull Broke @ Airport. Cost More Than It's Worth. Now One Side Zipper Broke Open. Nowhere To Attach A Shoulder Strap.

Beautiful, but a little small.
I wish this were slightly larger. It's absolutely gorgeous. Sadly, I had to return it. I need to carry my wallet, phone, and keys, and only one or two would fit.
