WORST GEYSER | COMPLETE FRAUD BY CROMPTON
Bought this Crompton geyser 10 days ago, and it does not heat water properly. The water stays so lukewarm that I can easily touch it while it’s flowing. What’s the point of a geyser then? I have another geyser at home that’s 5 years old, and it heats water far better than this new one. I contacted customer care, and they sent a technician. Instead of fixing the issue, the technician gave a ridiculous excuse saying “every company has different heating capacity.” Is this a joke? A 10-day-old geyser performing worse than a 5-year-old one is supposed to be normal? The technician clearly stated: ❌ No replacement ❌ No exchange ✅ Only repair (for a product that is barely 10 days old!) I even asked the technician to at least show proper heating while water is flowing, but he was unable to demonstrate anything. That clearly proves the product is faulty. The service center is equally horrible. I have called them more than 10 times, and they are completely unresponsive and unsupportive. No clear answers, no solutions, just excuses. This is one of the worst purchases I have ever made. Poor product quality, zero performance, and extremely unprofessional service. Crompton has completely failed in quality control and customer support. ⚠️ DO NOT BUY THIS GEYSER. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND MENTAL PEACE. I deeply regret choosing Crompton and will never trust this brand again. I don't even want to give them 1 star also because of their service quality.

Superb product good use of money but the installation is not free and there no pipes in it so it's a little expensive for those things , I mean if the installation were free it would be a 5 star but let it be 😭

Amazing water geyser, got a small table fan free with coupon with it. Quick water heating.

Poor quality and Bad service
Product stopped working within 6 months. Crompton has extremely poor service center who do not respond properly. They register complaint and assign to local dealer. The local dealer does not respond and have to get it repaired at our cost. Service and Warranty is of no use from Crompton. Not recommended to buy this.
