I am in LOVE with this device! I had a crick in my neck and used this same device that my supervisor let me borrow and I swear I could spin my head around by the end of the daySo I bought this same one and have used it nearly everyday since. Which is probably not how it's supposed to be used, but I have fully enjoyed it so I will accept my consequences if there are anyMy only complaint is that besides the foot pad, I don't think I would have been able to figure out where to place the sticky pads if I didn't look guides to the placement of the pads, so I had to look that up for more specific needsWhich is fine because I want to be able to use it for many different aches and muscle groupsBut overall, this has been a game changer in how I relax and in my self care!!

When I was ordering this I didn't realize one cannot use it if you have metal implants. I have a knee implant. But I wanted my husband who is a right leg amputee to use it to get more circulation in his remaining leg. If you don't have TWO feet on it, it will not work. Therefore neither of us can actually use it. AND I couldn't get the remote to work. It does come with a battery. I didn't have the correct replacement battery, not that it mattered anyway because neither of us could use it. But I would have returned it anyway because of the remote. Unless you're young with great eyes, it's too hard to operate without the remote. And who wants to have to bend over to do that constantly. So while it might work fine for many, neither I nor my husband can use this device. I did not even try the tens patches with it. I was hoping to love this for both of us to use, but I am returning it. (My fault for not seeing the no implant comment on the post for it.) But I knew nothing about needing two feet for it to work.

Keep charged and it works fine

They really work but this last one bought only worked about four times.

The digital display in the rechargeable tens unit clearly shows the selected mode and intensity level (0-19), and can be felt in the calves and shins as well as the feet.The remote shows the battery CR2025 type needed, but the battery tray holds a different (CR1220) battery: this may be why it doesn’t work, but it really is a convenience that might be short lived as remotes can be misplaced and lost.The device turns itself off after 20 minutes of use, and it is easily folded and/or rolled for travel. The mat comfortably fits up to women’s size 11.I would repurchase this, just be aware of the wonky remote.

Nowhere in the Amazon product description does it give a warning that you can use if heart problems, a pacemaker, pregnant and a few other things. So, I blindly ordered thinking it would provide comfort for my feet and legs and when I got the product, big WARNING of Do not use if heart problems, pacemaker, high blood pressure etal. So I have a brand new producrt that I can't use.
