This electrolyte drink helped me through the flu. It dissolves easy and has a nice flavor. Love that I don’t get sugar with it!

Tangy, tasty and high quality, I love all the ProMix products. The ingredients are natural and does not contain any fillers or crappy chemicals. Great addition to any workout routine to keep you at your best.

I use the grapefruit flavors premix daily I just am not a fan of this flavor. I’ve had several friends try them and all say it’s to salty for them but I find it helps me tremendously with getting hydration in and I love the flavor of the grapefruit. Having them in single servings is super easy to always have on hand and toss in my water bottle.

I bought lemon and watermelon. This is a saltier electrolyte which I prefer bc I’m not into sweet drinks. However; the lemon is far far less sweet and is 99% salty. Truly as if you added real lemon and then added salt to a glass of water. I have to water it down big time to get it down. On the contrary, the watermelon is DELICIOUS. Perfect salt to sweet ratio IMO. I’ll drink all of them regardless but they are very different experiences for these two flavors. I split one packet across multiple drinks bc I don’t like the flavor to be overpowering. Just ordered the peach direct from their website!

I was excited to try Promix because of its clean ingredient list and the fact that it doesn't contain stevia—something I really appreciate. However, I was pretty disappointed with the taste. There's virtually no lemon lime flavor, and all I can taste is salt. It’s overwhelmingly salty, which makes it hard to enjoy, even though I know it's meant to be a hydration product. While I love the intention behind keeping the ingredients clean, I honestly wish they had added a touch of organic cane sugar to bring out the citrus notes and make it more palatable. As it stands, the taste just doesn’t work for me, and I probably won’t repurchase unless the flavor improves. Great concept, but the execution needs some tweaking.

Been a fan of promix for over 5 years. These are the best electrolytes out there. They have clean ingredients. Ever since I started drinking it while playing tennis or during a gym workout, I have noticed that I don’t get as sore I when I don’t drink it. Highly recommend for athletes or anyone in general.

I didn’t realize how salty these packets would be, they recommend 12oz of water but I definitely would use at least 24oz to avoid a full salt water drinking experience

Great flavor. Ingredients as described. Definitely will become my go to brand.
