Beautiful matte finish that keeps slate and sand fixed in place.
Use this every other year to seal a slate sidewalk and the polymerized sand I use around the slate slabs. It seals everything together so there is no movement of slate or sand, and everything has a beautiful matte finish, which I prefer to a gloss finish. Easy to apply, with a great result.

Don’t look anywhere else!
This is such a great product! We got our front walkway redone this summer and our contractor was going to charge us $1000 to seal it. He told us to go get a sealant. After much research we bought this one, and it was so easy to use! I did watch YouTube videos online before starting the project. This product gave our patio the perfect amount of “shine” without ever being slippery or to shiny. I also want to point out we got our back patio done 6 months earlier and did not seal it, and as you see from the second picture looks rough. We will be pressure washing and sealing it in the Spring with this sealant. If you are thinking of sealing your project, do it and buy this sealer!

Product works as intended
I used on a couple of small brick walkways. Follow the instructions and try to avoid the rain for at least 8 hours. The product has held my sand joints steady through at least 3 heavy rains. One coat on, wait 2 hours and put a 2nd coat on. I used a pressurized spray container and then used a paint roller to even it out. I sprayed a little heavier on the sand joint but covered it all with the product. It’s a great buy and looks fantastic.

Great Product.
I have used other products for my pavers in the past and this is by far the best that I have ever used. It actually does get into the cracks and sealed the sand in and it has a nice mild shine to it. well worth the price, it will take 2 coats for a slight shine and more if you want a more detailed shine. I used a sprayer which worked well. It does cost a lot, but considering what it would cost to have someone else do the project it is cheap.

Double (or triple) the quantity for unsealed brick and sand
I applied this using a roller and brush (the pump garden sprayer wouldn't work - likely a poor quality sprayer). The sand comes out of the cracks and onto the brick with this type of application, leaving a rough texture. Not a big deal though, as long as the sand stays put. However, it took WAY more product to cover my small patio than what was stated on the package (at least twice as much) when using this method, and still didn't get into the space between the cracks. I bought a second bottle to finish the job. The second round, I went over the bricks to dust off as much sand as possible before it dried, so there weren't clumps of sand sealed in top of the bricks. I also went through with a squeeze bottle filled with sealer and another filled with sand, to fill in the areas where the roller had picked up too much sand during the first go-round. I wish I would have known this "roll-brush-fill" method the first time, it would have resulted in a much nicer patio, but it doesn't look bad the way it is. I really like the low gloss look. High-gloss would look out if place with this rustic brick patio. I recommend this product for patio projects. It's sealed and protected without looking fake.
