Extra support for the movie watching/etc.
This is an extra level of comfort when relaxing on the couch for a movie or more extended period of time. It's like you didn't know you were missing it until you try it. It is not large and probably would not work well for larger individuals. Great lower back support and worth the money.

Back Pain?? You Need This!!
I would take a pic of this pillow, but it's in my car and it's raining. So I'll just come here and say this, if you have bac issues, you DEF need this pillow. I had my second back surgery in Jan, so when I would go to basketball games I would use this. Ive even sat on it at times. Super comfortable. I literally take this everywhere I go, that's why it's in my car.

Great support
Great back support .. use it at work for my office chair and has helped make a difference with my lower back pain because of the support it provides. I need a second for my home office

So unfair to not be able to return, it's to small.
Was way to small. It did not fit to comfortable for my back. To small over all period. I was diagnosed with Cancer since last April. I was looking for something more comfortable for back during my weakly medication. It didn't work out. I wanted to return it. But was notified I had to return it in the plastic bag it arrived in. I had to cut the bag to remove it. I disposed of the bag after cutting it to take it out of the plastic bag. So I couldn't return it. I'm so disappointed for not being able to return this. This is a poor excuse for not being able to return this. What a repofe for not return it. It was a regular plastic bag, not anything special. I would have returned it in another plastic bag. Most time Amazon says you don't need to return in what container it arrived in. What is so special about the return for this item. It's so unfair and unfair and unusual, so not fair and uncalled for. Never so disappointed.
