Not sure what everyone seems to hand a problem with. I've been rocking this case all day, and I haven't run into any complaint worthy. This case makes the phone feel so much more substantial and masculine. The raised hinges on the front haven't posed any complications as of yet, and the hinge protection doesn't hey caught on the card compartment on the back. It feels premium in the hand, and I have full access to both screens with no limitations. My only regret is not getting the version with the pen slot but I'll just get that later

I used VRS wallet cases for the fold 5 and S24 ultra. Those are awesome cases! This one is utter trash and terribly designed beyong understanding. The hinge is now connected to the front plate vs the back. It causes the front bezel to be HUGE and makes using the front screen impossible to use. When you open a fold, you typically hold the back and pull up the front. With this case its backwards. You hold the front and open the back. You can open it like a book and it catches the wallet holder every single time. When you squeeze the fold, the front bezel slides around, which off centers the hinge. Utter trash and anyone who buys will immediatly understand my frustration.

Let me start by saying this case LOOKS amazing. Nice design, nice material. But VRS really dropped the ball on functionality. The first immediate issue is the hinge cover. It's really bulky and it has a raised part on the left side of the front screen of the phone that makes typing ANNOYING. You can barely type in a 1,q,a, or reach the caps lock. Second problem is folding the phone open. Because of the way the case is built, when you try to fold it open, the hinge cover will hit the card holder and won't open. You have to physically open it up further so that you can continue to open the phone up. I really wanted to keep this case as it is badass, but after only a few days, I had to return it. It was too frustrating. VRS, if you can update this case and fix those issues, I'd gladly buy it again!

This case is wonderful! The only downside is that it only holds two cards. I have a VRS case on my Samsung Note 10 Plus and I Phone 15. I fit five cards in one and 4 in the other.

I like the case overall, but it does have several drawbacks. It does not include a front screen protector—only a bumper protector for the front display. There is no S Pen holder and wireless charging is not supported. The kickstand functions adequately, but the phone does not sit flat on a desk when using the inner display unless the wallet kickstand is fully extended. While the kickstand is easy to use, it feels somewhat flimsy and may not be very durable. The wallet compartment holds a maximum of two cards, and the camera cover is more of an inconvenience than a benefit—I often forget to open it, which causes me to miss photo opportunities. Also, this case adds significant weight to the phone. The big deal breaker no tap to pay either.

Overall a super bulky case and that offers superb protection. However VRS attached the hinge cover to the front piece. This makes using the front screen a bit difficult as the hinge piece protrudes. The hinge covers cracks as you open and close the fold. Just making for an overall unpleasant experience. I do feel fold cases are difficult. Seems companies are going with super bulky cases or super thin. It can be difficult to find a case in the middle.

This is my second one and is doing great job

The back cover of this product is exceptionally creative and well-designed compared to others, offering excellent functionality and durability (such as credit card storage, camera cover, and kickstand). However, the front cover poses issues with typing and handling due to its protruding parts. That said, your proactive customer service in addressing these concerns is outstanding, and I look forward to seeing even more innovative products from you in the future.

以前iPhoneでVRSDESIGNのケースを使っており、スタンド、カメラカバー、カードケースと自分の欲しいギミックが揃っているため購入。 デザイン面はヒンジ側のカバーが前にも横にも出っ張っているのが、最初は気になったが慣れれば問題なさそう。 iPhoneの時はTPUも使われていたが、こちらはほぼポリカーボネート製で耐久性は思ったより低いかも。使用半日で落下などはさせてないが、ヒンジカバーの接続部分にヒビが入っていた。値段の割には期待はずれ

For the bulkiness of the case I thought it would be way better quality. It's hard to find cases for the fold. And this is pretty mediocre

Not a very good protector not even 2 weeks it broke . Today is March 9/2026 I don't have that Visa Anymore so how else would I get my refund please
