Sleeping Better
This has improved my sleep and muscle twitches. The directions say to take 2 per day. I'm under 5 feet tall and under 100 lbs so I'm only taking 1 per day. 200 MG is plenty for my size. Also, I take it in the morning. Talk to a medical professional.

Great Value for Magnesium Glycinate
Okay, so the size is like a horse capsule. No lie. If you are freaked out by the size of a capsule, well, this one is huge. However, I drink first to wet my throat, then take the vitamin and it's fine. No problem. I took this faithfully and within days, I could feel a difference. The value is great. I have priced this particular Magnesium other places, including a big box store and found this to be quite reasonable in price and it was delivered almost immediately. I would buy again and recommend this product! The glycinate is good for people with sensitive stomach linings.

Better sleep
Works great for sleep. I’ve restocked this month after month. It doesn’t have any weird effects, I used to get maybe 4/5 hours of sleep every night and wake up way before I needed to and then would not be able to fall asleep. I sleep through the night every night since I started taking it. No grogginess, no lethargy.

Tiktok influenced me
Bought these in hopes they would help me sleep (tiktok influenced). They definitely did and i would recommend these over sleeping pills or gummies. Opposed to other "sleeping aids" they don't make you grogy so you don't have to wake up feeling like a zombie.
