Great smell

Great product, I smell ‘lush’, great price…what’s not to love!

Comes in a retail box with a spray bottle that has a simple label with 417 and no reference to bad boy. I dont know what bad boy smells like but this is a pleasant scented mens aftershave with a sweet and slightly musky scent. The scent has good longevity and is not overly strong as long as you dont use too much. The price for 100ml is ok and should last quite a while as long as its not going to a teenager of course !

This product was sent to me for review, as part of Amazon Vine. The below is my own real-world experience of using it. The bottle comes well-presented, though the cap is a little bit difficult to clip on, once it has been removed - care should be taken here, to prevent any unwanted leaks. I don't have any frame of reference for the particular scent that inspired this perfume, as I'm not familiar with it, so my review is based on first impressions of the product itself. I would say that it has sweet and musky notes, which are pleasant, and not too overpowering. The fragrance appears to last well, too (indeed, the bottle is such a good size that you would get quite a lot of applications from it). In summary, a good value item that might make a nice gift.

Bad boy is a firm favourite in this house but it comes with a super high price tag so when I saw this one I thought it may be worth a try even if just for work. First impressions when it arrived wasn’t great to be honest I wasn’t holding out much hope for the scent as the packaging looks very basic. The good part was the back does tell you that it is cruelty free which is a big bonus and will appeal to a lot of people. The bottle itself again is very plain with the basic label on it with 417 noted on the front so at least if you throw the box away you still know what number it is should you wish to reorder. Now the important part, the smell. Ok I was shocked after having low expectations from the packaging I didn’t expect this to smell anything like it but it is so similar probably one of the best inspired by versions I have smelt. And even the longevity of wear was rather impressive too I only topped up again at lunch time so I was very impressed. I really think k the packaging needs to be worked on as this would then make a really good gift for someone but personally how it is at the moment I think I wouldn’t be happy to gift it but would happily pay the price for myself.

I've never had Bad Boy myself but I've admired it on others and so ordered this and I'm super pleased I did. I'm ususally particularly sensitive to inspired by perfumes as they often, to me anyway, have a feint smell that reminds me of talcum powder. This doesn't. I'm not sure how best to describe this - it is a light scent, not to masculine and I think it could be worn day and night. The best help I can be is say that I keep smelling my wrist, in a good way. They've done a very good job on this one(and I'll take a look at their other dupes). I can recommend.

I ordered the 417 perfume to use myself. It's meant to smell like Bad Boy. I don't know what Bad Boy smells like, to be able to compare it. It is meant to be a male scent, but I still like it. I think it smells ok and the smell lasts. I think that £18.99 is a bit expensive for a knock-off. Apart from the price, I like it. 😊
