It says for rv doors but it worked for a door in my hallway that I used a door stopper for. I got this product because I wanted the length of the product to be short in order to have the door as wide open as possible. The magnet is strong enough to hold the door but yet ez enough for the door to be pulled away. I was skeptical because it says for rv use, but it works fine for normal indoor house doors.

I like that the magnetic latch is strong and keeps the door securely in place, even on bumpy roads. The self-adhesive backing is convenient and sticks well without any need for drilling. These door holders are perfect for my camper and have made managing the door so much easier.

Easily applied to my RV and one securely holds the door open. Just what I wanted. Price is fair and quality seems fine. Take a little care pulling off the white paper on the adhesive so you don't pull the adhesive away from the base. I had to try and stretch the edge of the adhesive back down after it pulled loose with the paper. Not complaining about the holding power of the adhesive...it is thick and very tacky. I just had some problems getting the paper off. The magnets are strong and hold the door securely.
