Just what I needed
I was having trouble connecting my computer to a large display. This took care of the problem quickly. No drivers needed. Not much lag time between the devices. Will purchase another.

It works well, but there is some lag
The media could not be loaded. I was able to pull this out of the bag and have it up and running in less than 2 minutes. It was already paired.Since there are plenty of photos from other reviewers, I decidded to focus on lag time.I did a few different tests with video being cast over this wireless HDMI link from my laptop to a nearby TV. A video and a couple of photos are attached. The measured delay seems to be about 200-300 milliseconds, though it seems a bit higher than that at times. The delay is noticeable when attempting to navigate a GUI using a pointer. I certainly would not want to game with it. If you are just displaying presentations or even want to cast movies from one device to another, it should be fine.It passes audio as well. The audio is delayed by the same amount as the video. That's good if you are amplifying the sound at the video output device, but not so good if you are using undelayed audio at the souce. The form factor is nice - HDMI connector on one end with a USB-A connector on the other (for power). I was able to power it with a USB port on my laptop adjacent to the HDMI port.I purchased a set if different wireless HDMI devices to display video across a set of TVs in a garage and those have the same software interface as this Tx/Rx pair. My guess is that there are a number of devices using a commonly available chipset and "AIMBO" software. Or perhaps they are all the same devices from a common source being marketed by different vendors. Either way, I don't have any complaints about that as the software seems to function well.I walked around behind a few walls and the receiver did not lose the signal. An issue I did not test was breaking out my software designed radio and hunting for the spectrum this uses. It has to be shared with other devices and is most likely 5GHz. So, if you are in an area with congested 5GHz wi-fi usage, results could vary due to interference. All in all it's a convenient and useful tool so long as your use case works within its limitations.

Didnt know this was a thing, but works as it says.
I have a couple of setups for my home theater projectors, but wanted a way to casually setup a temp device on the screen without running a separate cable or from devices without wireless display integrated to it.It has technical limitations with refresh rates and resolution, but at least that is already spelled out on this device. 1080P at 60Hz worked just fine (distance tested was about 30ft). I saw some reviews about having issues after long use, but I used mine for more than 8 hours at a time and did not experience any issues in that time, though that person might have had interference in the area. Basically, an extension cable without the wire in-between. Was simple enough to pair and get working, no issues there.I think I will get another set since this worked well enough, hopefully they dont confuse each other, but so far great. I will update if they stop working soon or prematurely, but so far so good.

Convenient and wireless hdmi transmitter receiver for the big screen
This set of hdmi transmitter and receiver makes streaming hdmi devices to the big screen very convenient without the need of a long hdmi cable. This wireless transmitter can work at least 20ft apart without much interference. I haven't experience much lag with the device and the wireless portability allows much more freedom without all the messy wires.

Low latency and good image quality
There's only a little bit of latency, I'd say about 100ms, so for gaming this might not be very good, but for movies and anything else, it works perfectly fine. The image quality has no issues either, stable 1080p with no bitrate issues. Great hdmi transmitter if you don't want any cables!

Wake up delays and heat concerns
I'm just noticing how wireless HDMI is coming out and was curious how this particular unit performs. On the plus side, wireless video works ok without much frills. I'm limited to 1080p. The low profile of the unit is its saving grace. Not being bulky is a plus. There's some lag, which I feel is about a quarter of a second. Even waking it up from sleep takes an uncomfortably long time. Most concerning is the heat generated from use.I would say this works but isn't fantastic. However, I can't speak to longevity because of how hot this unit gets.

Sad to say too much lag
This worked great for 2 weeks. Then I noticed serious latency issues after 1 hours of continuous use. In addition to the latency issue the receiver and transmitter get ridiculously hot. Had to send this back.

It looks like a couple of regular cables, but looks are deceiving.
Wow! These caught me off-guard. I wasn't expecting these to perform so well. I've seen units that are way more elaborate that don't out-perform these. No need for set-up. These are pre-programmed right out of the box. I had no lag at all, even when testing several rooms away.I really can't say much more. They work flawlessly, even out performing products that are 3 or 4 times the price. For me, they performed no different than using a regular cable. Great stuff!

CUMPLE

Excellent signal. I use this very often for opening evenings and supporting documentation
I’m surprised how much I’ve used this since having it.The reception is really easy to set up as the HDMI cables are paired.I’ve used a great deal for presentations and opening Evenings, I’ve had information boards that I want to keep updated or change throughout the evening.I can control this very simply From my iPad with a HDMI adapter. The quality is brilliant. There is no degradation over the signal.I’ve been quite surprised at the range as well with the screen working perfectly fine through one wall at about 5 m.It is worth noting that the HDMI cable itself requires to be powered by USB cable that is also on the same length of cable. Luckily, I was able to use a power bank to do this with one device as it did not have a spare USB port. However, the power lasted very well and did not drain all. Also in the garden when I’ve been watching movies from my laptop and I didn’t want wires all over the place. I was also able to stream effectively from my Xbox, which was inside the house to the projector which was in my garden. Again, about 4 m through one wall.Convenience and certainly if you’re trying to get a signal to a projector thats in a hard to reach location it of which you can access to HDMI port Very well.At this price, it’s certainly worth having a go in my opinion.
