Made economy long haul more bearable
I used this on my long haul flights this summer. I really liked that the back still allowed me to sit back in my chair as it doesn’t stick out. The hood was great as I could pull the front over my eyes a bit and the inflatable sides meant my head didn’t loll. Much better than the general travel pillows I’ve had before. This was a bit more expensive but I loves it. The only downside is it doesn’t really fold up and there’s no pouch or something to keep it small when you’re not using it.

Can’t inflate
Supportive but I can’t work out how to inflate it, I have the instructions with me and my colleagues can’t do it either The memory foam filler is very solid though Knocks my headphones out constantly!

Size to big
This is far to big for me .I need to return please.

Wonderful design. It firmly holds your neck in place and the side inflatable pillows work well. The thing that would make it better would be a longer hood that goes down over your eyes. I have another brand of travel hooded neck pillow with that feature and it’s very nice because of that. Throw some foam ear plugs in, pull hood down over your eyes and see your at landing!

The fastener ripped off during its first use. It is too flimsy and broke of easily due to poor stitching attachment.
