This was a useless item. I have EDS so my joints constantly try to pop out of socket— worst Is the hip. Got this hoping it would help stabilise my hip. Nope. Absolutely useless item. Returned it.

Been using whilst doing housework and ironing to aid my troublesome back and has been a godsend to enable me ecto carry on with everyday life

I like the fit, however I was expecting a broader lumber section, as pictured. This is a belt of uniform width. When it covers my hip joints, it does not cover the lumbar. As I do need the hip joints covered that will have to do, but the heat/cold pack is useless. I have 40"-41" hips After using the belt for a couple of weeks, I had a painful pelvic/hip didslocation issue, I am satisfied with how it works on me. One hip is artificial and it held both of them in and is supporting the pelic area while everything heals up.

which is the same size as my previous SI belt . . . my hips measure 44 inches - was NOT able to stretch belt sufficiently over clothing or to avoid painful velcro contact with skin. The attaching velcro is 2-3 inches wide, so would recommend this comfortably fits UP TO 40 inches. Returning to search for a better fit as this appears to be the only size Comforce has available. I selected this because it IS WIDER than most SI belts and note that it is well constructed though the belt fabric is VERY heavy with no ventilation holes - TOO WARM for Florida! The ice/warm pack is a nice feature though not something I was likely to use.

I bought this belt to help with sciatica pain and it seem to work well and does not slip. Beware the small is very large and I usually use a large size and the small is almost to big, i think it more one size fits all. The belt is comfortable and I can wear it most all day, the only thing is it does get hotter than the skinner belts out there. overall a good product for the price and does a good job with supporting your back. I would buy again.
