Not cheap but if you want a quality Fidget device it is worth it
It is GREAT! Very fun, I can fidget with it all for a long time. And I am always happy to pick it up again. I did get the large Aluminum blue version, the finish is excellent. I wear size XL or XXL gloves, and it fits great in my hand. But small enough to slip in your pocket BONUS: I can mess with it without annoying my wife while watching a movie or show because it is SILENT. My pocket knives I fidget with get me in trouble sometimes(too noisy) It is really well built Smooth action Silent The screws are perfectly tuned, guessing installed with loctite, they have not loosened at all.

Super smooth, helps with anxiety and focus
I got the blue aluminum full-size. It's sooo smooth, I was surprised how smooth it rolls. I have been having a bad finger picking problem, my skin would turn red and skin started to peel. This toy has helped me relieve that habit immensely. It is a bit pricey, but it is worth it. It feels high quality too. I know some people mention the smaller size may feel awkward. I got the full-size and it feels great for me. My hand is 6.7 inches tall from bottom of my palm to the tip of my middle finger.

Impressive!
I received my ONO Figit roller today! I got the full size aluminum sapphire one. I noticed it has nice weight to it. It came in a nice box. The roller was inside a thick carrying bag and 2 hex wrenches in a tiny zip lock bag were in the box. The rollers are smooth and quiet. It felt calming as I rolled it in my hand. I'm high functioning autistic and have constant anxiety so this roller is going to see a lot of use.

A little pricey, but a great product so far
For context, I have ADD/ADHD and have a serious issue of picking/biting the skin around my fingernails. In an attempt to solve the problem, I have looked into various fidget toys. I had two important criteria: 1. It has to look professional (cannot look like a baby's toy) 2. It has to be silent (no clicking/clacking noises when using it) so it does not annoy others. Of pretty much all the fidget toys, the noise is definitely the hardest one to solve, as most of these toys aim to provide moderate noise to provide satisfactory feedback. The ONO Roller fit the bill, as it looks pretty unassuming (looks/acts like a massager), and is completely silent. I have to say, while it seems expensive for 35 bucks, this thing is designed really well. The mechanism is perfectly smooth with no perceptible imperfections in its action while also not being free spinning, which tells me that it is probably a pretty high quality ball bearing mechanism with a very thick lubricant. All the external pieces are metal including the screws, brackets and the cylinders, which contributes to its high quality feel. As for whether it actually helps, I think it will. It is pretty satisfying to use, it does not take any skill to use it (unlike balisong trainers, pen spinning, and lock picking, which were all the other things I tried to use), and it can be taken and used anywhere without issue. If it does turn out to not be of any use, I will make an update I have only been using it for a little while, so I can't speak much to its longevity, but it feels extremely well built (it better be for 35 dollars) with absolutely no play in the mechanism, so I expect it to last for a long time. The only maintenance I might expect is the possible need to tighten the screws holding the brackets to the rollers, and those only need a simple hex driver. If there turns out to be an unfixable issue, I will also make an update. So, yeah. First impressions, it is a pretty nice product. Give it a shot.

This is the best fidget ever! It has a nice heavy weight to it, looks great and is very soothing for nervous energy.

An ADHD godsend
I splurged and got the aluminum set (blue) for adults. I'm a guy with big hands but it's a perfect size for me. The action is smooth, the quality is great, the aluminum set is heavy (which I like). I get bored of most of my fidget toys quickly, probably because they require a bit of brain power to use, but this just requires an almost unconscious rolling motion that's easy to forget you're even doing, but it provides enough mental stimulation that it really helps me focus on conversations or really whatever I'm doing. It's really helped improve my concentration so far.

Fantastic fidget device
I got this fidget toy today and I loved it within the first 5 seconds of using it. I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and bipolar disorder. One of my medication for another health issue can cause hypomania, which is very uncomfortable. During these hypomanic episodes, I can’t sit still and feel the overwhelming need to move, especially my hands and arms. Often that manifests as pacing, tapping my fingers, racing thoughts, and other repetitive behaviors, which also make my OCD worse. I recently tripped over the cat and fell down the stairs and sprained my ankle. (For you animal lovers, cat is fine and has not left my side and the number of kitty kisses has skyrocketed.) I had a hypomanic episode a few days ago and couldn’t pace or go run like I sometimes do to work through my discomfort. I was miserable and impossible to be around. I got on Amazon to look for fidget toys to keep my hands busy at least. I ordered this and some stress balls. They came today and this fidget roller is exactly what I need to keep my hands occupied. Because it’s a constant motion, it’s also calming which helps to lower the anxiety level in my brain. It can’t replace my Valium for the anxiety and hypomania symptoms, but will be a great adjunct to that therapy. Absolutely recommend for anyone who needs to reduce their stress level and/or take a few minutes to decompress from a long day. My husband liked this so much I might have to buy a pair for him.

Believe the hype
I’ve always figured that a fidget toy would benefit me (I recently discovered I have autism, so it definitely makes sense) but I’ve never found the right one until the ONO roller. They were always either the wrong type of fidgeting for my brain, or too loud, or too clunky, etc. But then I found the ONO roller. I have found myself using pens or other similar shaped objects to recreate this exact motion, so I instantly took to this. The weight is perfect for me and the finish is comfortable (I got the full size aluminum). I don’t have large hands for an adult male, and I tend to get sweaty palms, but neither of these are an issue with this roller. The only criticism I’d offer up is that my hand will start to ache/cramp if I roll consistently for more than a couple minutes, but I haven’t really found it to be an issue as I either switch hands or take a break when this happens. I’ve found it easier to avoid destructive habits (skin picking, lip chewing) when I have something else to mindlessly and harmlessly do, which was the exact hope for this product and it fulfills this wonderfully. My other huge praise is that it is ENTIRELY silent. Every other fidget I’ve tried has produced even a small amount of noise, which can still be distracting in a quiet meeting room. This roller has no such issues. I can use it whenever, wherever, without bothering or distracting anyone around me. HUGE win. (As a funny aside, when I first pulled this out in front of a few different friends, they thought it was a vape. As I’m currently trying to quit nicotine, I found this ironic and hilarious.) Bottom line - buy it if you’re even sort of considering it. The price entirely made sense once I got this thing in my hand - clearly not just a thrown-together dollar store fidget spinner. This is the real deal.
