Brilliant for mornings and/or workouts!
These are absolutely great! I have them most mornings after waking up, especially before a workout. Really feels like it hydrates me and I genuinely seem a bit more together after having one. Not sure if that's the combination of hydration and B vitamins or just one. Certainly helps with a workout too to keep me going. Love the fact there's nothing artificial. I’ve tried both flavours and personally prefer the orange & mango, feels more refreshing and slightly less artificial tasting than the berry one. They do take a while to dissolve but not really an issue, you can break it up and it’ll dissolve quicker if you’re in a hurry.

Works great! Berry is nice, avoid mango like the plague.
This is a great product, I use it to keep hydrated and avoid headaches. I also recover from headaches faster when I drink it. Berry tastes nice but mango is horrible. It's sugar free, but also doesn't have horrible sweeteners like aspartame or similar that leave a taste in your mouth for ages. The natural sweetener is good and not over powering. Will buy the berry again, it's on subscription.

Amazing product
Loved these for training, have one each day. Done wonders for my cramps and I think it helps with my concentration at work, feel less brain fog. Nice flavour too. Will keep buying 👍🏼

Give good results but smell & taste are awful
I’m training for the London marathon April 2026. These are great for me, preventing headaches and promoting recovery. However, I don’t like the fizziness, the taste or the smell.
