High quality bench! Very stable base. Love how easy it is to adjust. Might give it 4.5 stars as the seat cushion could have a bit more padding. I throw a towel over it and that helps absorb the sweat also. A pleasure to assemble also!

The square tubing frame is thin. So if you buy it don't over tighten the bolts. This is the only area I think that is not good. Other wise this bench is hard to beat for what I paid. Especially for the weight limit it has. The back is pretty solid the seat has a tad of side to side play as the inclined leg for it that adjusts the seat. It's not as stable as more expensive adjustable bench seats it has a narrow contact to the frame. If it had a wider base to contact the frame it would be more stable. It's good though for my purpose. I lift free weights 3x a week 1 hour or more each session. This bench is new to me. I don't know about longevity yet. It seems well made. It is easy to put together. Instructions are easy and straightforward. 15 to 25 minutes to assemble. It's lightweight for how it looks. Feels decently solid while I'm on it. I'm over 300 lbs I'm working on that. The bench is qaulity and if it holds up over the coming years I'll be very pleased. I'm glad I found this bench thanks.

Great packaging, very easy to assemble took only about 20 minutes with my 3 year olds help lol, only 5 steps for assembly which are labeled with the hardware clearly on the bags. Feels very sturdy, has lock washers to keep pieces in place. Nice thick padding, wide cushions, has adjustment knobs on the bottom to level out for uneven floors, and the headrest can also be adjusted up/down with twist knobs. Very thick metal on the notches for the seat and back angle adjustments, makes me feel comfortable benching heavy weight. The wheels are a plus and also has a handle in the front to wheel around easily. All in all seems like a great bench for the price.

I like the bench but it’s kinda hard when laying down. I was hoping for more comfort but for the price I would recommend it. It was really easy to put together and stability and sturdiness are spot on.

First, all the photos of this bench fail to capture its robust design. The square tube frame and supporting members are heavier than they appear in any pictures I've seen (even in the photo I've included here). When I opened the box and began assembling the bench, I was pleased to discover how substantial the bench was. The red powder-coated dragon scale adjustment notches are beautifully done, and the seat adjustment notches are even thicker. These provide secure points for quickly changing the bench angle—an important feature when transitioning to your next set. The adjustable headrest is a bonus feature. The bench has nice, firm padding that holds up well under heavy bench presses. The shipping box arrived intact, showing no signs of damage such as crush points or holes. Every component was present and accounted for. Unlike typical tools, the included wrench was a well-crafted cast tool rather than a stamped steel part. Additionally, the hardware for each stage of assembly is neatly organized in individually labeled plastic zip-lock bags. The assembly hardware itself is made of chrome-plated steel, which adds a nice touch once the assembly is complete. Looking for a heavy-duty workout bench at a great price? Then this is the one!

Great bench for your home gym. Very stable I’ve been using it for a couple months now and have had zero issues. Would buy again.

Very easy to put together. Seems to be pretty sturdy and heavy duty.

My son (17 years old, 6 feet, 175 lbs), my wife and I (5'10", 170) all use this bench for different exercises and it's fantastic. For a bigger guy it's long enough to rest your head, wide enough to give great support to your back when bench pressing. It's light enough my wife can move it around the garage no problem. We use it as a step and it never shakes or gives you pause to think it will cause you to fall. Perfect home gym equipment.
