Bottom had some weight to it. Was a nice surprise. This whole thing was so easy to put together. Basic Instructions. Perfect for our garage to line it up across the front of our car and the little bit of corner wall that comes out so we know when to stop without hitting the wall with our nose of the vehicle. Plastic seems to be basic plastic. It's not flimsy. The base was a bit tight to get the plastic into it, however, I find that to be a good thing so we know it's not going anywhere. Use your floor to assist with pushing the base down. It helps a lot!

The signs were ok but they fell over easily with a lightweight chain on them. We had to buy weights for the base and then they were fine. We bought weights for weight machines and they worked great but an extra $30/post😒

I used these with my kids learning how to park. Worked great even after they got run over. Very sturdy.

Comes in 5 parts to assemble after delivery. Rubber base, 2 parts of post, stickers and chains. Bought 2 sets. Broke a post from each set from the base/bottom post. Thin plastic. Can't complain for price. Does a nice job separating picnic tables from road for ice cream trailer.

The poles are satisfactory for calling attention to passersby to pass along a desired pathway. I needed them for temporarily controlling some traffic. I would not recommend these poles for heavy duty use.

Two of the five broke at the bottom-plastic neck connecting the post with the base. I initiated a return, however, due to all the hassle I decided to simply keep them and fix the connection myself. However, be aware. Not a very sturdy design due to the above mentioned weak link.
