Good Aeration Stone for the Pond -- Great Price!
I have a 30 ft. pond and aeration is important to control algae growth, and protect the fish. My aeration system requires 2 x 8 inch "air stones" like these. My old ones had stopped producing bubbles, due to hard water buildup in the micro-pores through the stone. In spite of soaking them in CLR, I just couldn't get them to produce enough air. That's not great for the pond -- and really bad for the air pump! The pressure backed up and blew the diaphragms -- a different repair and another story.Replacement stones were $45 each on the pond store website, which was a little hard for me to accept, so I've been hunting around.I found these for a fraction of the price: 2 stones came in far less, with free delivery, than one stone from the pond store. I wondered about the quality, but they looked just like the more expensive ones, so I installed them.Bottom line: they've been producing a rush of tiny bubbles multiple times a day for a few months now -- working great!Given the price point, these should be #1 on your list! Recommended.

It works like crazy.....
WOW WOW WOW......Have this connected to a 34 watt pump also sold on Amazon. I soaked for 2 hours and then placed in my 1500 gal Koi pond. I have a 5000 gal filter pump but when i go away for a weekend I don't like to leave it run. This disc moves water and adds oxygen like crazy. I have two extra but love this one in the pond. It creates a bubble circle on the surface at least 10-12 inches wide. Super tiny bubbles from 3 ft down.Highly recommend....no issues at all.

Only worked for 2 weeks!!?
At first worked really good it was getting the job done, but by the second week started hearing a really loud noise coming from the bottom of the barrel, got it out just to see what was causing it, and were is glue together it started coming apart and making big bubbles, so I asked for a replacement and they send it just to have it do the same thing 2 and a half weeks later, and now there's no option to return, refund or replacement, so don't waste your money on this it will not last.

U gotta understand this air stone is industrial
The regular tubing for an airpump would not fit this air stone . Took it to the Fish store & the guy working there said that he has never seen any air stone with a piece this big that the tubing connected to so I just bought 2 $6 smaller regular airstones from the fish store o well all i can do is smoke a j about it now. It’s just something I didn’t realize buying and there are hydro air pumps for this air stone. I gotta get a hydro air pump. now I got a fish tank air pump & air stone as well since I didn’t realize it in the beginning I could have just bought the hydro pump in the first place but hey pumps & stones r useful & great. Just know to buy a hydro pump is all, this air stone looks & feels great

May need a more powerful pump.
Bubbles only came out parts from it. Unsatisfactory, I returned it.

Use it in a Pond
This works fine but doesn't need the suction cups on a Pond aerator. Does well for year to 1 1/2 yrs than the soap stone loosens from the surrounding ring and starts giving off large bubbles. I've bought three of them and it happened with each. Company stands behind the 2 year guarantee but I find you can repair it yourself with some good epoxy.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This product is great if you want a big area of bubblesMake sure you have a strong air pump to really make this thing respond 👍🏼

I'm sure it would be great for larger applications as well
I am using this for a 20 gallon compost tea station. It produces ample amounts of bubbles and water movement. I'm sure it would be great for larger applications as well.
