I like having these on hand as a convenient way to support hydration throughout the day. The individual packets are easy to carry and mix quickly in water. The flavors are drinkable without being overwhelming, and it’s simple to adjust the strength by adding more or less water. I appreciate having an option that makes it easier to stay consistent with fluids. Works well as part of a daily routine and is especially helpful when plain water isn’t appealing.

By far our favorite flavor! Great for hydration, though we generally add slightly more water than instructed to reduce saltiness or water down the flavor. Very effective and dissolves nicely when stirred or shaken.
