e used DMSO for several years in various applications, and this particular product is among the best I’ve come across in terms of purity, effectiveness, and packaging. It arrived well-sealed with clear labeling and no leaks, which is crucial given how powerful this compound is. 💧 What I Noticed: • Strong and Pure: This has the classic, unmistakable garlic-like odor that high-purity DMSO is known for, and it kicks in within minutes of application. That’s a good sign you’re getting a high-concentration product. • Effective for Joint and Muscle Pain: I’ve applied it (topically) to sore knees and back pain, and within 10–15 minutes, there’s noticeable relief. It seems to reduce inflammation and muscle tightness quite well. I always clean the area thoroughly first. • Absorbs Fast: As expected, it penetrates the skin rapidly—almost immediately. A little goes a long way. I found this product very useful. I used a 50:50 solution, half DMSO and half distilled water in a sanitized glass bottle with dropper. To avoid the potential garlicky odor, I added 3 drops of organic lavender essential oil to the 4 ml bottle. I did not have any trouble with odor after that. When mixing the solution, ensure all objects are sanitized. When adding water to the DMSO, the glass bottle heated up. This is a chemical reaction. The heat dissipates after a little while. It was easy to use with the glass bottle and dropper. I applied just enough to cover the area and then applied my other medication. Applying to the skin initially caused a slight itchy feeling that wasn’t unbearable and went away within 5-10 minutes of application. When using, make sure your hands are clean (don’t use gloves) and the area where it is to be applied is also clean. After applying, ensure the area can dry completely before allowing anything else to come in contact with the application site. DMSO does increase absorption into the skin of whatever comes into contact with it. So the chemicals in your clothing from laundry detergent and dryer sheets will also be absorbed if you immediately place clothing on top. It enhanced the effects of medicinal creams I had to use and treatment was much more effective than with the creams alone. The only downside I’ve found is that it does affect my thyroid levels about a week into use. After discontinuing use, thyroid levels returned to my baseline after a few weeks. But, given how quickly my other malady improved, I found it a worthwhile trade off for a temporary increase in TSH.

Seems to be what it claims. Vision has improved after applying to eyelids. Beware if ordering during cooler temps, it will crystalize below 66 degrees.

Great for pain, pulled muscles, bruising, etc. I put a few drops on the area and it helps.

Works well but no where on the packaging does it say pharmaceutical grade as it does here on Amazon description title. May keep looking for a legit pharmaceutical grade

Its still early days with my bottle of DMSO. I did a lot of research and think most folks need to know this is a natural incrediant from trees via the wood chipping process. I have for me what is a miracle story. I had a crown fall out and a few days later got an infection of some kind and my tooth really hurt. I put a drop or two onto the open cavity of the remaining tooth and not only did it not sting at all but the longterm pain disappeared in less than a minute. Its the following day and i still have not pain or inflamation. I have tried cloves in the past and got very little result. Happy i didnt take pain killers that affect the whole system not just the tooth. DMS0 has been the best instant pain relief i have every had.. Also i put it on my trigger finger and can say it is 80% better. I dont wake up know with it locked in a right angle position. the Swelling has gone down and am deeply impressed. I am trying it on varicose viens and think its helping but they haven't completely disappeared yet after three treatments...

I bought this because it was suggested that I could use it on my dog for pain. But I find it kind of scary by the description. I really don’t know how to use it so it just sits in my cupboard. My dog passed away anyway. Sadness has overcome me.

Lo compré para un dolor con infección en la cabeza del fémur de mi hijo y el resultado ha sido espectacular (a parte de ir a un fisio el cual me lo recomendo), nada de dolores. Mi suegra también lo ha utilizado para las manos por un problema de artritis y de no poder casi abrirlas a tener una movilidad muy buena y casi sin dolores. Lo recomiendo.
