Being a skeptic that has tried everything and worked to avoid hormone therapy, this one did the trick. I thought I was crazy at first, as my hot flashes and night sweats disappeared within 3 days! Ok, so I have been taking this now for three months. WOW, I can tell you if I do not take it. I am tired and my hot flashes are back. They have no taste, smell. The size of them is small. They are great for the price and I will continue to buy them. Wish I had found them sooner! They are not sticky. They help relieve my hot flashes so much!

I do feel after 2 weeks that.This product has helped with my hot flashes.And has been somewhat effective in keeping me a little more calm, less anxious.I will continue to use it as long as I feel it is effective.

I tried this for hot flashes and restlessness and sleep problems.First week I took 1 daily - I always use caution when starting new things. At first I felt like I didn't sleep at all and had more hot flashes. By the end of the week it was just ok. Not really any better than prior to starting. I typically have a couple hot flashes daily for a few days a month.So I decided maybe I could try the 2 day full dose. OMG that was the absolute wrong thing to do for me.I wanted to live inside the fridge. I think I had at least 7 a day until it had been a week without taking them. It took at least 3 weeks until the hot flashes settled back down to what I would have considered normal for me. Now I feel like my hot flashes are bearable so at least there's that as a plus...Now as far as restlessness and my ability to sleep... My husband noticed. He laughed when I told him "I almost left the room so you could sleep... But my legs were tired of moving so I stayed put and continued to toss and turn until it was almost time to get up. I'm so freaking tired." He said "Me too - but I figured you'd eventually give up and fall asleep. So I didn't get up either. Now I wish you had left because I'm tired too".Now for my EXTRA bonus - Migraines!I had one for like 5 days. Then another that took double what I usually need to get rid of one.So...IF you wanna sweat a lot, while being unable to sit still, or sleep and enjoy wicked headaches this might be right for you...I mean, after all, my hot flashes seem mild now, my migraines seem not so bad and the restlessness seems trivial when compared to the 2 weeks using this and the 3 weeks after I stopped taking this stuff....Use with caution

I've been taking this almost a month now and still don't see a difference, still have hot flashes I decided not to purchase this again and go back to using menopace bc that stuff really did get rid of my hot flashes , so hope this works for others bc it has not helped me at all and the fact that menopace is much cheaper is even better , if anything I think this made my hot flashes worse I'm going back to taking menopace I found on here it's so much cheaper and it worked with in a weak ,but hope this works for someone else disappointed it didn't for me
