Used on face
I use this on my face! It works well as a “quick Botox” it didn’t burn or smell awful. I don’t use it much so I haven’t had to buy more yet. Can’t say on how it works for down under.

Not for off-label usage
I’m sure this is fine for treating hemorrhoids, but I ordered it to see if it would lessen puffy circles around my eyes. Too greasy for that, and not effective. Don’t let my review dissuade you from buying it for its intended purpose.

Gel not cream but works
Definitely works. It’s a gel just as a head up.. I am used to using the cream ones. Been using for one full day and swelling has gone way down.
